Can I start with a new recipient database?

Ezemail does not have the facility to delete lists on a regular basis. The main reason being that we keep a detailed history of recipient subscribes, unsubscribes and bounces. Deleting records would cause this history to be lost and would allow the uploading of recipients who had previously opted-out, therefore leading to spam complaints. However, you can easily segment your list into Categories, thus providing the ability to send email campaigns to different sets of recipients.
